Michael Scarlett has over 18 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspections. Mr. Scarlett provides technical oversight/review and mentoring of SUMMIT’s engineering and technical staff as well as opportunities for growth. Mr. Scarlett has worked on projects such as roadway design & rehabilitation, hospitals/medical facilities, communication towers, sports venues/stadiums, WTP/WWTP, retaining walls, slopes, soil improvement, high rise structures, residential, site feasibility studies, earth dams, forensic engineering, blasting/vibration, liquefaction/seismic, settlement and many more. Mr. Scarlett will be based out of SUMMIT’s Raleigh office.
