SUMMIT Engineering hired Bill Williams to assume the Branch Manager Position in Raleigh, NC. Mr. Williams has more than 20 years of experience in the engineering, environmental, and construction services industry ranging from field and laboratory testing to senior level project management and engineering. Mr. Williams has prepared site planning and construction documents for numerous universities, municipalities, and commercial properties. Design projects have included Sedimentation and Erosion Control Plans, Site Plans, Grading and Drainage Plans, Stormwater Management Plans, Renovation Plans, Utility Plans, and Landscape Plans.
Other experience has included Surveying, Construction Materials Testing, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, Geophysical Explorations, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Comprehensive Site Assessments and Corrective Action Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plans.
